We are seeking an **Impact Crusher Foreman** who is aspiring to reach their potential in the field of construction. AAROC Aggregates is part of the John Aarts Group Ltd. responsible for the supply of aggregates, landscape products, crushing, trucking and recycling.

**Environment**

An Impact Crusher Foreman is required to coordinate and execute tasks associated with manufacturing of sand, stone, and gravel from natural and/or recycled resources. This position will require some travel between our licensed aggregate sources and remote customer sites. Operating may occur in all types of weather conditions and there is a varying degree of physical labour required.

**How you will make an IMPACT**
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of all crusher workers
- Work directly with Supervisor on product requirements, specifications, and schedules
- Ensure daily inspection and maintenance on all machines is completed to ensure equipment is operating effectively and safely
- Communicate with AAROC Equipment Supervisor on equipment maintenance and repairs as needed
- Operate heavy equipment: excavator, tractor backhoe, etc.
- Load trucks, manage dump sites, and maintain appropriate site conditions
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Maintain positive company image in appearance, conduct, and communication
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions
- Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances
- Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation as required
- Other duties as assigned

**How you WOW us**
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years related experience required
- Aggregate specification and quality standard knowledge required
- Valid G Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Capable of establishing and maintaining strong working relationships
- Ability to keep accurate records
- Basic Computers skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
