**Job Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service will be essential in this role.

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant’s offerings.
- Monitor the dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, including taking reservations and answering questions regarding menu items or services.
- Utilize POS systems for managing waitlists and reservations efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding guest services.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
