Heritage Family Services is now recruiting experienced Child and Youth Care Workers for an Awake Night position for a program located in Rocky Mountain House, AB. This is a 3 on 3 off (M-F 9pm-8am, S-S 8pm-8am) rotation.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a two (2) year Diploma in the Human Services field and/or three (3) years of experience in the care of youth with complex needs.
- Experience working with high-complex need individuals.
- Experience working with individuals who have FASD, attachment disorder and complexities of developmental trauma.
- Superior crisis de-escalation and co-regulation skills.
- Compassionate understanding of indigenous culture.
- Combination of experience with First Nation, Metis and/or Inuit culture.
- Respectful of individual and cultural diversity.
