Calian iSecurity is seeking a dynamic Vice President (VP) of Delivery & Operations to be based in Toronto, Ontario. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Calian iSecurity, this pivotal role is instrumental in overseeing the comprehensive technical, project delivery, cybersecurity consulting, and business operations within the division. As the VP, you will manage security operations and platforms, including offshore technical management, ensuring seamless, efficient, and secure operations across all aspects of the iSecurity business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical and Project Delivery Leadership: Oversee end-to-end management of all technical projects and delivery processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes meeting client expectations and timelines.
- Cybersecurity Consulting and Operations Management: Direct consulting and business operations, emphasizing operational excellence, process optimization, and client satisfaction.
- Security Operations Center (SOC) Oversight: Ensure robust security operations and platform management, deploying advanced cybersecurity measures and technologies.
- Global Team Management: Manage and integrate offshore technical teams in South America and Asia, fostering a cohesive and collaborative working environment.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and execution within the iSecurity business, aligning operational goals with divisional growth strategies and Calian’s corporate objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, cultivating strong relationships.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Uphold compliance with global cybersecurity standards and regulations, instilling best practices across operations and delivery processes.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging insights to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in senior executive management within the cybersecurity, technical delivery, or operations sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex cybersecurity technical projects and global teams.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity operations and platforms, including offshore technical resource management.
- Strong leadership skills, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.
