- Assist in delivering a marching curriculum.
- Assist staff during regular rehearsals to improve both musical and visual performances.
- Travel with the band to performances, supporting the band’s travel arrangements.
- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring the well-being and success of all band members.

Minimum Qualifications:

- General music education experience
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the music education space.
- Experience with a previous marching arts program is not required for this position.

Preferred:

- A foundation in band instruments is an asset.
