- Toronto Campus is looking for an Admission Counselor who is responsible for recruiting and enrolling students for various Diploma programs Vocational and Non-Vocational.

**Requirements**:

- Focus on prospective student needs: Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of leads/clients/students to meet or exceed their expectations within the organizational parameter.
- Recruit’s students by visiting high schools; attending job fairs; visiting Employment Resource Centers and Employers.
- Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; arranging and conducting campus tours; conducting follow-up activities such as letter writing and phone-calling campaigns.
- Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently to meet Admission targets.
- Strong communications skills are required.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for student recruitment through outreach activities.
- Coordinate, establish and maintain relationships with Employment Resource Centers and Employers.

**Required Qualification**:

- College Diploma or Degree

**Required experience**:
2+ years work experience in a private career college as an Admission Counselor is an asset; or 2+ years of sales experience is a must

Ability to work in a fast pace environment with strong multitasking skills.

Experience in student recruitment would be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
