**Job Description**:
Comme conseiller(-ère) à la mise sous contrat et conformité des réseaux, votre rôle consistera à jouer un rôle conseil et stratégique au chapitre de l’analyse et de l’amélioration des pratiques et des processus. Vous êtes un expert conseil pour votre direction et également auprès des différents intervenants engagés dans les activités du secteur.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :- Coordonner les activités reliées à la mise sous contrat des réseaux. Effectuer différents contrôles, analyses et vérifications sur le travail effectué par les employés de l’équipe et identifier les problèmes opérationnels, assurer les corrections et cibler les besoins de formation.- Identifier des occasions d’amélioration et assurer la mise en place de meilleurs pratiques ou processus à travers diverses activités. Proposer et documenter les initiatives d’amélioration, de la méthodologie de travail et en modifier les procédures.- Produire différents documents d’analyses et/ou d’explications afin de guider ou aider la direction.- Agir à titre d’expert-conseil dans le cadre de projets, de comités, de mandats et d’activités de développement spécifique à son domaine d’expertise et dont l’envergure et l’impact est majeur pour le secteur.- Assurer une vigie constante du respect des normes et exigences règlementaires de chacune des provinces afin d’éliminer les risques opérationnels reliés aux réseaux de distribution.- Mettre en place des politiques, procédures et lignes directrices ayant trait à la mise sous contrat des réseaux de distribution (conseillers, agents généraux, agents affiliés, concessionnaires, partenaires institutionnels, TPA, etc.).- Établir et maintenir des communications efficaces avec les divers intervenants engagés dans les activités du secteur.- Agir à titre de contact principal auprès des agences, des bureaux des ventes et partenaires, etc., concernant toutes demandes.

Vos talents et qualifications:
- Diplôme universitaire en administration ou tout autre domaine pertinent au rôle. Une scolarité et une expertise jugées pertinentes peuvent être considérées en équivalence.- 7 ans d’expérience pertinente dans le secteur des institutions financières.- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, parlé et écrit.
