**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

**Pay**: $17.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer all Service phone calls in a timely manner.
- Cash out Service customers.
- Understand cash handling procedures.
- Ensure all cash, cheques and charges are accounted for.
- Close Repair orders.
- Claim all Sublets eg, Enterprise, Sym-tech, ARI.
- Prepare Daily & Monthly Service hours spreadsheets.
- Follow up Service receivables with Account Managers.
- Ensure all licensing is done for all new and used car deliveries.
- Arrange shuttles for customers.
- Assist with booking appointments when necessary.
- Count float.
- Handle customer complaints and if they can’t be resolved get the Advisor or Manager involved.
- Filing
- Other duties as requested by Management
