**Description**: Senior Home Care By Angels is seeking a care manager to provide support in driving results through client experience and supporting our care team. This role would ensure safe, timely, comprehensive, and quality care is provided to all our clients. This position is Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with a rotation of on-call support. This is an in-person position, remote work is not available. This role reports directly to the Owner/Director.

**Duties**:

- Mentoring, coaching and performance of regulated and non-regulated staff. Assess skills and provide evaluations.
- Assisting with office staff and scheduling.
- Implementing change in policy and procedures. Maintaining standards of practice.
- Provide and stay current on staff education and client specific training. Evaluate competencies of all nonregulated staff. Create new training as needed to meet requirements and standards.
- Investigate any concerns and assist in problem resolution.
- Recognize and assess unique client situations and complexity of care. Create an appropriate care plan.
- Promote partnerships promoting positive referral sources.
- HR support with hiring, coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and vacation time.
- Maintain scheduling software, client files, new hire paperwork, orientation information and safety binder.
- Marketing support for online services. Social media content and website maintenance.
- Monitor and develop new funding opportunities, standards, new training, and contracts. Sales and community events. New Programs and committees.

**Required Qualifications**:
Graduate from a recognized nursing program with a license in good standing. Minimum 2 years in a healthcare leadership role. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience. Speak, read, and write English in a proficient level. Valid driver’s License and a dependable vehicle. Good computer skills, proficient in Office. Demonstrate experience in leadership, multitasking and customer service. Clean Criminal Record Check with the vulnerable sector is required. Experience and knowledge of community or LTC in mental health, dementia, and aging population.

**Salary**: $29.00-$37.00 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
