The role of the Team Lead, Test Data Management (TDM) is to lead the implementation, configuration and management of the data virtualization and masking tool(s) that will be used in all the non-production technical environments. This role collaborates with projects, systems analysts and developers to ensure faster and accurate access to test data. This role liaises with relevant business change teams to ensure test data management is defined to meet the necessary quality standards.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Lead TDM practice.

Collaborate and work with the solution development teams to continuously develop and mature the capabilities, functions, and responsibilities of its area.

Provide thought leadership in TDM lifecycle management, seeking to implement best-practices that improve value delivery, shorten time to market and facilitate developments.

Champion and direct adoption of appropriate policy, standards, processes, and guidelines, enabling process standardization across the platforms.

Identify and recommend TDM technology support as needed.

Recommend and promote team members education to enhance technical expertise and capabilities that drive further innovation, simplification, and improved end-user adoption, resulting in greater value realization.

In collaboration with Solution and Enterprise Architects, establish the roadmap for making TDM technology advancements.

Establish and follow budgets.

Develop and implement frameworks to measure its function value and efficiency.

Develop and implement appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure compliance to process governance standards and change management processes.

Ensure the test process, methodologies and tools have appropriate access to test data and that test phase data criteria are agreed to by stakeholders.

Collaborate with relevant operational and build teams to construct testing and implementation strategies.

Develops and maintains a working knowledge of business processes supported by software systems/products.

Develop and promote best practices and protocols to be followed in TDM, including ensuring that initiatives meet industry and legal requirements.

Set goals and targets with deadlines and hold individuals and teams accountable for results.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Capable of efficiently communicating and promoting ideas to different levels of the organization.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.

Experience working in a process-oriented, lean culture.

Experience with SAP is preferable.

Experience with test management tools like JIRA, HPALM etc.

Knowledge and experience working with different software methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall, etc.).

Capacity to synthesize the data and transmit said data to the management.

Experience in reviewing product and service deliverables to ensure compliance with pre-defined quality standards.

Experience with several solution process design or re-engineering efforts.

Proven ability to create an environment where identifying project risks is positive.

You’re able to work in French and English (written and oral).
