**Job purpose**
The Freelance Demonstrator is responsible for executing successful events and sales support in various retailers while representing the brand in terms of customer service, artistry, image, passion and productivity.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Partner with Territory Manager and Account Executive to execute events
- Responsible for contributing to achieve event sales goals
- Responsible for providing the client with the unique perfumery experience
- Responsible for ensuring your chair is always occupied during events
- Responsible for “pulling” clients
- Responsible for providing sales support during events in various retailers
- Communicate and partner with Territory Managers and Account Executives
- Ensure GTU & Gondola meets expectations of cleanliness and seasonal newness
- Conduct or participate in various special events, marketing, and promotional activities
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Act as a Shiseido Fragrances ambassador in the public
- Flexible and able to travel
- Provide well-articulated tips and tricks for new collections
- Be an impactful presence in stores whether it be sales support days or an event
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of one year of experience in retail selling within the cosmetics industry, preferably with fragrance
- Reliability and timeliness skills are essential
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within the industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full flexibility with schedule (including days, nights, weekends, and special events)
- Previous knowledge of products/ingredients is an asset
- Results and sales driven
- Customer-focused
