**Pension Plan - **All full-time employees have the opportunity to participate in a group pension plan after two consecutive years of employment, employees contribute 5% of their gross earnings per pay which is matched by the Y. - **What you will do**

Our Finance Team is looking for a team member in our GL group, who will provide accurate data and analysis to their business partners in our operational teams. You will partner with our operational leaders to determine what information, data, and reports are needed to help foster a culture of financial literacy and learning across our organization.
- **Specific Responsibilities**:

- You will organize, develop, and present financial information to managers, directors, and the senior team with respect to the assigned business units
- You will interpret transactions, making recommendations and understanding Business Partner needs
- You will ensure our monthly business unit accounting close is done accurately, prepare and post necessary journal entries, accruals and allocation entries, and provide analysis of budget variances
- You will prepare special financial analysis/reports are required
- You will support the annual budget process
- You will be a key member in the external audit process
- You will prepare monthly or quarterly balance sheet reconciliations ensuring that our subsystems tie into our GL
- You will review accounting processes and make continuous process improvements as required
- You will ensure that transactions are consistent with financial policies and procedures
- You will prepare reports to various level of governments in support of contract and agreements
