**What you’ll do**:

- You will be responsible for monitoring and addressing incoming incident tickets for any and all of our users, both onsite and occasionally remotely.
- Fulfillment of requests for hardware and software; deployment, configuration and support of the technology during its lifecycle.
- Assisting with tech-related projects throughout the organization
- Intra-campus support - required to work onsite and occasionally in other buildings
- Hardware asset tracking and management - inventory and receiving of products
- Exceptional communication skills with the confidence and passion to share knowledge
- Creative thinker who is observant to seek new opportunities and perceptive to abstract ideas
- The ability to take a collaborate approach to build strong relationships and have positive team experiences
- Flexible and dynamic individual who can adjust and prioritize accordingly to adapt to business demands and requirements
- Solid foundation of relevant technical skills
- Demonstrates behaviours of transparency, accountability agility and learning from others that will support your success

**What you’ve done**:

- Enrolment in a technology-related program at an accredited Ontario college or university
- Strong experience with Windows family of operating systems
- Ability to use remote tools to support client base largely located remotely
- Familiarity with Windows command line and PowerShell
- Strong knowledge of computer (desktops, laptops) and mobile device (Apple, Android) hardware
