**Join Our Team as a Youth Care Worker**

Ranch Ehrlo is seeking for highly motivated individuals to fulfill the rewarding role of Youth Care Worker (YCW) within our agency.

YCW’s fulfill the role of providing day-to-day care for youth who have experienced many challenges and benefit from the support and role modelling of understanding adults.

**Shift Working Ho**urs**:There are a variety of shift start and end times, but these are the most common**:
**Weekdays 15:00-00:00, 23:30-09:30.**

**Weekends and non-school days 08:00-20:00, 09:00-21:00, 10:00-22:00, 11:00-23:00, 12:00-00:00, 23:30-11:30**

**Eligible Applicants Will Possess**:

- High school diploma
- A valid class 5 or novice 2 driver’s license with a clear driver abstract history
- An outgoing personality with a desire to build genuine relationships with youth
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to display empathy, patience, and understanding in day-to-day interactions.

**Additional Requirements/Information**:
Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.

Wage ranges from $20.16 to $23.37 per hour.
