RepRap Warehouse is Edmonton's local 3D printing experts with over 10 years of servicing, selling, and supporting both hobbyist and prosumer alike. We strive to engage our clients with excitement and expertise with everything 3D.

**Job title**: Part-time sales associate.

**Job summary**:
As a part-time sales associate you will play a crucial role in customer service by assisting our clients with their different needs. Your responsibilities will include answering the phone, helping with walk-in guests, stocking shelves, and cleaning the front of house. This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 15 hours per week.

**Responsibility**:

- Assist with phone inquiries.
- Assist walk-in customers.
- Restock the front of the house.
- Clean and maintain the showroom.
- Work both independently and with our team.
- Show excitement for 3D printing.

**Requirements**:

- Own or used a 3D printer.
- Have a passion for learning about 3D printing.
- Availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (3-7) and Saturday (10-5) during the day.
- Must be over 16 years of age.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Customer service experience (preferred).
- Retail experience (preferred).
- Flexibility to commute to another store if needed (preferred).

**Highly valued (but not necessarily required)**:

- Experience tinkering, modding, repairing 3D printers.
- Retail management or management training.
- Willingness or interest in additional responsibilities/hours or future longer term employment with our team.
