**Position Summary**

NeoTerra Systems Inc. is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you have a knack for technology sales and are passionate about providing solutions that truly make a difference, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strong understanding of NeoTerra's Fleet Management products to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue sales leads, converting them into loyal customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional efforts and events.
- Attend industry-related events and conferences to stay updated with market trends and network with potential clients.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Achieve (and ideally exceed) monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in technology sales or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing product features or market needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus, but what's most important is your willingness to learn and your natural skill in engaging with potential clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
