**Responsibilities**:

- **Structural Carpentry**: Execute carpentry work related to outdoor structures, including decks, pergolas, fences, and other landscape features.
- **Custom Woodwork**: Craft and install custom wood elements such as planters, benches, and decorative features to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
- **Material Selection**: Assist in the selection of appropriate materials for outdoor carpentry projects, considering durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with landscaping designers, project managers, and fellow team members to ensure seamless integration of carpentry elements into overall landscape designs.
- **Precision and Detail**: Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
- **Tools and Equipment**: Utilize and maintain carpentry tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

**Requirements**:

- Completed carpenter training or nearing the end of a carpentry apprenticeship program.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Experience in outdoor carpentry or a demonstrated interest in landscaping projects.
- Ability to interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and project specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
