- Operational Focus: Financial operations and reporting, financial compliance and controls, collaboration and people management, Microsoft Business Central 365 expertise.

**Overview**
- **Daily Financial Operations and Reporting**: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial processes.
- **People Management**:Supervise and mentor the Finance Team. Prior experience in direct people management is essential**. Collaboration**: Collaborate with CFO and work closely with various corporate levels to help align financial goals with organizational objectives.
- **Compliance and Controls**: Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to robust internal controls.
- **Financial Systems Expertise**:Maintain and optimize the organization’s accounting system.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the Finance Department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial statements for senior management and the Board.
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies.
- Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor the Finance Team, promoting professional growth.
- Maintain and optimize the Microsoft Business Central 365 accounting system.
- Establish and enforce internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making across departments.
- Ensure timely filing of specific business information.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing is required. Specific proficiency with Microsoft Business Central 365 is essential.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in business, experience with ERP systems implementation or integration, and healthcare industry experience.
