As summer is quickly approaching, Edinburgh Village is looking to hire an eager and hard-working people to join our Maintenance team for the 2022 summer. Edinburgh Village is the premier provider of student housing in Guelph. Each year we require a team of diligent and detail-oriented staff members to assist with the turnover of apartments as well as other small projects throughout the summer months.

As a summer maintenance staff member, you can expect to have very active and labour-intensive days. As such you should be physically fit for the job (ability to lift 50lbs). Some of the general duties that you would be tasked with include:

- Inspecting turnover units for damages or repairs that need to be completed
- Assisting in completing the repairs in units (eg. replacing lightbulbs, doorknobs, doorstops, outlet covers, drywall work etc.)
- Painting
- Landscaping/ garbage collection/disposal
- Complete maintenance requests

**Requirements**:

- Hard working/ task oriented

- Experience in maintenance/ repair work (preferred)
