**Analyste Insights**, chargé(e) d'assister l'équipe Insights dans la réalisation de ses mandats.

Sous la direction d'un de nos Insights Managers, vous travaillerez sur différents types d'études (habitudes de consommation, notoriété, tests de marché et de publicité, mesure de la satisfaction, zone commerciale) pour différents secteurs (commerce de détail, biens de consommation emballés (CPG), secteur public).**MISSION STATEMENT**:
Based in sunny Mile-End, Montréal, the POTLOC team is recruiting an
**Insights Analyst**, in charge of assisting the Insights team in the realization of its mandates.

Under the direction of one of our Insights Managers, you will work on different types of studies (consumer habits, awareness, market and advertising testing, satisfaction measurement, trade area) for different sectors (Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), public sector).

**RESPONSABILITÉS / RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- _ Assurer la réalisation des tâches de préparation (70%):_
- Effectuer les tâches de préparation des projets de recherche
- Aider les responsables de projets à réaliser efficacement leurs projets
- Assister les responsables lors des réunions et des communications avec les clients
- Rédiger les premières versions des questionnaires qui répondent le mieux aux objectifs des clients
- Collaborer avec les autres équipes de livraison en clarifiant les besoins des projets sur lesquels vous travaillez
- Comprendre les résultats et rédiger les premières versions des analyses et des recommandations stratégiques
- _ Gérer des projets d'études de marché (20%):_
- Livrer vos projets d'étude en respectant les délais et la qualité du travail
- Si nécessaire, collaborer avec les responsables pour résoudre les problèmes sur les projets sur lesquels vous êtes assignés
- Suivre et rendre compte de l'activité de vos projets
- _ Participer à des projets stratégiques (10%):_
- Identifier les étapes du processus de recherche qui doivent être améliorées et en faire part aux responsables
- Travailler à la réalisation des projets stratégiques qui vous sont confiés (par exemple, les OKRs définis en début de trimestre)
- _ Ensure the completion of Preparation tasks (70%):_
- Perform Preparation tasks on research projects
- Assist projects’ owners in efficiently delivering their projects
- Assist projects’ owners in client meetings and client communications
- Write first version
