**Position Overview**:

- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay current with industry best practices and integrate relevant updates into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the educational experience.
- Support students in their career development through guidance and mentorship.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid RPNÉ certification or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience teaching or training adults is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a motivating and engaging classroom environment.
- Knowledge of current health care practices and the PSW role.
- Proficiency in using technology for education purposes (e.g., virtual classrooms, online resources).
