**Responsibilities to include, but not limited to**:

- Reports to the Office Manager
- Data Entry
- Reception duties such as copying, filing, organization of records and files, operating office equipment, processing cheque payments
- Assist with Processing job costings
- Assist with Processing sales orders
- Processing Work Orders
- Preparing Shipping documents
- Enter Invoices into Sage 50 and submit to customers
- Assist all departments with other related duties as required

**Essential Skills**:

- Computer use, Outlook, Excel/Word and Computer Keyboarding
- Previous office administration experience
- Able to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Sage an asset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, with mínimal supervision
- Self-starter, team builder and decision maker
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
- Able to complete assignments on time

Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3pm Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
