M2 Learning is a tutoring service for all grade levels looking to pursue educational success. Our services are designed to tailor various learning styles and offer additional support to students in primary, secondary and college level. We offer English as a Second Language (ESL), English Language Arts (ELA), Math & Science and admissions support in the Montreal area to Chinese communities. Founded in 2017, we are proud to share that our students have gone on to attend Ivy league schools and compete at the highest levels of Nationwide competitions.

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver lessons in Biology & Cell Biology.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs of each student.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect and collaboration.
- Provide academic support and feedback to students regarding their progress.
- Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities related to physics or chemistry.
- Assist with all other duties related to tutoring.

**Requirements**:

- An educational background in Biology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring at the college level.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Speaking French or Mandarin is an asset.
- English is mandatory.

**Hours**:6 hours weekly (part-time contract)

**Location**:in-person in Montreal (H3T 2S2)

**Salary**:Starting at 32$ per hour

**Responsabilités**
- Développer et dispenser des leçons sur les sujets biologie et biologie de cellule.
- Différencier l'enseignement pour répondre aux besoins d'apprentissage de chaque étudiant.
- Créer un environnement de classe positif et inclusif qui encourage le respect et la collaboration.
- Fournir un soutien académique et des retours aux étudiants concernant leurs progrès.
- Encourager la participation des étudiants aux activités parascolaires liées aux sujets de chimie et physique.
- Assister avec toutes les autres tâches liées au tutorat.

**Exigences**
- Un parcours d'éducation en biologie, ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Une expérience en enseignement ou en tutorat au niveau du CEGEP.
- Une approche proactive de la résolution de problèmes avec de fortes compétences organisationnelles.
- Parler le français ou mandarin est un atout.
- L'anglais est obligatoire.

**Heures**:6 heures par semaine (contrat à temps partiel)
