**About the role**:
We’re seeking a self-motivated Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) to lead the FP&A function at Unbounce to help drive the business into the next stage of growth. Reporting to the VP, Finance & Strategic Operations, this individual will play a lead role in providing insights into financial and operational trends in support of the company’s strategic objectives, including playing a key role in the AOP process.

**What you’ll be doing**:
The Manager, FP&A’s responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Support the VP, Finance & Strategic Operations in scenario analysis, business and revenue modelling, and important ad hoc requests to support strategic initiatives throughout the year
- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of strategic initiatives
- Partner with the business by evaluating and comparing performance to plan, proactively highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations
- Produce accurate and timely reporting for internal leadership, external stakeholders, and the Board of Directors
- Support the preparation of company presentations, such as Business Health, All Hands, and quarterly Board Meetings
- Monthly refresh of the revenue model, including exporting templates from Tableau (BI Tool) and compiling various reports for review
- Assist the VP, Finance & Strategic Operations in the preparation and monitoring of the AOP and rolling forecast, including automation and continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Improve processes around analytical tools and internal reporting to improve the quality and efficiency of FP&A activities
- Mentor and develop the Financial Analyst and Jr Financial Analyst by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
- Ad hoc projects as requested by the CFO and VP, Finance & Strategic Operations

**A little bit about you**:

- Has 5+ years of experience in an FP&A role or similar position
- Holds a professional designation (such as CPA, CFA, CBV)
- Works well autonomously and within a team and has a high level of accountability
- Strong financial modelling skills, experience building models, ability to analyze data, tell a story with data, and confidently make a recommendation to senior leadership
- Has prior experience with building financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

**Bonus points for**:

- Strong knowledge of key SaaS metrics
- Tech industry experience
- Experience with Cube Planning FP&A software tool
- Experience with creating dashboards and reporting in Tableau and BI Tools
- Experience with creating visuals and presentations using G-suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
