**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
- Utilize estimating software such as AccuBid to accurately calculate project costs
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate estimation of materials and resources required
- Review and interpret blueprints using tools like Bluebeam to identify project requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in AccuBid or similar estimating software
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing
- Project management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar software for blueprint analysis
- Ability to build accurate estimates based on project requirements
