**We have an opening for a Sales Promotional Forecast Analyst in our Mississauga, ON office.**

The Sales Promotional Forecast Analyst provides support for all North American sales teams via incremental forecast analysis. This position provides primary support for the US Sales team by reviewing baseline forecasts along with promotional plans to determine incremental forecast by account. This position also assists with ongoing monthly forecast review, Annual Plan and promotional event analysis in conjunction with the Associate Director of Trade Performance and Trade Fund Analyst.

**Responsibilities**:
**RUN WITH THE BIG DOGS**:

- Monitors sales performance using Velocity, DOMO, NPD and other customer specific reporting tools. Utilize this data to evaluate forecast trends vs. actuals.
- Utilize historical point of sale, marketing ad spend and promotional plans to determine incremental forecast additions at an account level.
- Manage customer incremental forecasts based on rate of sale, weeks of cover, promotional activity and other metrics to improve incremental forecast accuracy.
- Utilize promotion planning optimizer tool to make incremental forecast recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with internal forecast team to identify supplier demand plans and adjust customer incremental forecasts accordingly.
- Handle and direct requests from Sales, marketing and forecasting staff.
- Assist the Trade Fund Analyst with budget oversight based on ongoing incremental forecast analysis. Perform monthly review of planned spend vs. incremental forecast.
- Attend internal Distribution meetings to drive long term incremental forecast inputs.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
