**About Us**:
We are a professional diagnostic health facility located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Our team of experienced physicians and healthcare professionals provide exceptional cardiology, x-ray, ultrasound and bone density services.

**About the Position**:
Experience in a medical office is required to be considered. The starting wage is $16.50, negotiable depending on previous medical office experience. We are looking to hire immediately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Update electronic records, file patient files and perform other routine clerical tasks
- Answer and maintain website inquiries for scheduling appointments
- Maintain patient records, third party billing and records as assigned
- Ability to problem solve concerns and ensure patient satisfaction
- Maintain cleaning procedures and standards
- Maintain efficient patient flow

**Required Skills**:

- Previous experience in a medical office or related field

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
