- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as bubble tea, and smoothies
- Prepare topping items and organize
- Prepare and serve food items and packing them for take away
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Previous experience as a tea maker/barista
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
