Yacht Broker

**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Conduct telemarketing and business development activities to generate leads and expand the client base
- Negotiate yacht sales and purchases on behalf of clients (Buyer/ Seller)
- Utilize technology sales tools, including Salesforce, to manage customer relationships and sales processes
- Market yachts effectively to attract potential buyers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work as a team.
- **Able to drive and access to vehicle**, to attend yacht showings/ meetings

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
- Experience in inside sales or a similar role
- **Strong negotiation skills** with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
- Knowledge of the yacht industry and market trends or **desire to learn.**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in yacht sales is **preferred but not required**

Pay: $109,691.00-$125,371.00 per year
