We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Pest Control Sales and Service Representative** to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, benefits, and the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic company.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Service**: Provide expert advice and solutions to residential and commercial clients regarding pest control needs.
- **Inspections**: Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity, damage, and potential entry points.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Structural Pest Control License**: Must hold a valid structural pest control license.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in the pest control industry required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze pest problems, identify solutions, and explain them clearly to clients.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions.
- **Safety Awareness**: Commitment to safety practices and procedures.
- **Valid Driver's License**: Required for driving company vehicles (abstract required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Pest Control Service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Structural Exterminator's Licence (required)
- Ontario Structural Exterminator's license (required)
