**What you'll do**:

- Provide unique selling points and value propositions to partners and customers.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, technical proposals, and proof of concepts to our customers and end users.
- Participate in delivering proposals/bids by ensuring that the solution proposed to the client is technically feasible and can be successfully delivered.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of CIRA's products, including compliance requirements, solutions, technology, and offerings.
- Liaise with product management as the customer's technical voice, providing customer/prospect feedback to address product issues.
- Manage technical relationships with partners and communities of interest (National Research and Education Network (NREN), Municipal Groups, Insurance, etc.).
- Support customer onboarding efforts.

**What you bring**:

- In-depth knowledge of information technology or computer science.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information technology or software engineering-related functions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to analyze market trends, product innovation, and regulations in the area of expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and continuous willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience working as a technical lead in a pre-sales software environment.
- Knowledge of networking, DNS, or Firewall technologies is preferred.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and oral.

En tant que spécialiste des solutions techniques, vous soutiendrez l’équipe de vente pour développer et faire croître les affaires pour les solutions et services de cybersécurité et de DNS de CIRA. À titre de spécialiste en la matière, vous visiterez des partenaires et des client-e-s actuel-le-s et potentiel-le-s, et communiquerez avec eux-elles afin de comprendre leurs exigences opérationnelles et de promouvoir les services de cybersécurité et de DNS de CIRA.
