AWC Process Solutions Ltd. is a distributor and integrator of industrial process equipment for a variety of industries including pulp & paper, water & wastewater, oil and gas, mining & metals, and chemical manufacturing. AWC is an exclusive distributor of industrial equipment for many world-class manufacturers of pumps, valves, motors & VFDs, and other equipment.

**Please Note: This is an entry to mid-level position. Expected base salary range is $45,000-$55,000 dependant upon experience and talent.**

**Skills**:

- Displays the type of personality that can easily and clearly communicate an amiable and likeable persona over the telephone
- Is motivated by generating sales and works eagerly to attain maximum potential in every client interaction, optimizing income.
- Has the ability to advance sales calls to completion with a high closure rate by continually demonstrating value to clients.
- Can build a knowledge base by using their initiative and technical experience in order to properly communicate offers to clients.
- Shows the ability to adapt and overcome client objections, sourcing out the best solution for a technical requirement.
- Displays an assertive but collaborative approach to sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations and proposals in response to customer inquiries
- Complete sales orders and purchase parts and equipment
- Expedite orders from vendors
- Participate in parts recapture initiatives and similar growth programs
- Work with various disciplines internal to AWC such as engineering, fabrication, CAD, etc. as well as external vendor

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years' experience preferred, but not essential, in inside sales in a technical role in industrial markets.
- Product specific training will be provided, though experience with pumps, and/or valves would be an asset.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English is essential
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Desire for life long continuous learning and development.
