**About the Role**:
**This is an onsite position in Montreal, requiring daily attendance at the location.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly & Test Instruction Development**: Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.
- **Tooling & Equipment Validation**: Define and validate the necessary tooling and test equipment for assembling and testing modules and engines in accordance with P&WC quality and engineering standards.
- **Documentation Management**: Maintain the Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI), which guide assemblers in performing standard work.
- **Support & Implementation**: Assist with CVIS and data plate machine (ROFFIN) programming and support the implementation and programming of the Torque Measuring System (TMS).
- **Quality & Safety Participation**: Participate in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and RPN (Risk Priority Number) determination.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in assembling and testing modules and engines.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline is preferred, but Mechanical Engineering Technicians with equivalent experience will be considered.
- **Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in French.
- **Clearance**: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process.
- **Eligibility**: Due to government regulations, this role requires Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen status.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- **Développement des instructions d'assemblage et d'essai**: Planifier, élaborer et valider les instructions d'assemblage et d'essai en utilisant eCATES.
- **Validation de l'outillage et de l'équipement**: Définir et valider l'outillage et les équipements de test nécessaires pour assembler et tester les modules et les moteurs conformément aux normes de qualité et d'ingénierie de P&WC.
- **Gestion de la documentation**: Maintenir les instructions générales du centre de moteur (ECGI), qui guident les assembleurs dans l'exécution des travaux standards.
- **Support et mise en œuvre**: Aider à la programmation CVIS et de la machine à plaques de données (ROFFIN) et soutenir la mise en œuvre et la programmation du système de mesure du couple (TMS).
- **Participation à la qualité et à la sécurité**: Participer à la détermination du PFMEA (Analyse des Modes de Défaillance et de leurs Effets) et du RPN (Numéro de Priorité de Risque).
- **Expérience**: Plus de 1 an d'expérience dans l'assemblage et l'essai de modules et de moteurs.
- **Éducation**: Un baccalauréat dans une discipline d'ingénierie pertinente est préférable, mais les techniciens en génie mécanique avec une expérience équivalente seront considérés.
- **Compétences linguistiques**: Doit parler couramment le français.
- **Vérification**: Capacité de passer une vérification des antécédents et un test de dépistage de drogues dans le cadre du processus d'embauche.
- **Éligibilité**: En raison des réglementations gouvernementales, ce poste nécessite le statut de résident permanent ou de citoyen canadien.
