**Job Summary**:
Mount St. Louis Moonstone is seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as **Building Maintenance** staff. As a Building Maintenance team member, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort’s facilities, ensuring that everything is in proper working order and creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general repairs and maintenance on resort buildings and equipment
- Basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and minor plumbing tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the resort’s public spaces, including lodges, washrooms, and other facilities
- Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment to identify areas in need of maintenance or repair
- Assist with snow removal and ensuring pathways are clear and safe
- Work closely with the resort operations team to respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptl

**Qualifications**:

- General knowledge and experience in building trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, framing, etc.)
- Previous experience in maintenance or construction roles is an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in cold weather conditions
- Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and possess good problem-solving skills

**Work Environment**:

- Work will primarily be outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions, including snow, cold temperatures, and wind
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet the resort’s operational requirements
