Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre, located off Whatcom Road, is looking for positive and energetic individuals to join our Housekeeping team in the role of Room Attendant/ Laundry Attendant.

**MUST BE AVAILABLE _FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY._**

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, a Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for the daily cleaning of guest rooms and Laundry room. This position provides outstanding, friendly, professional information and assistance to guests, within all areas of the property.

**Job Description**:

- Clean given number of guest rooms, including suites.
- Strip rooms of all linens and place in laundry bins
- Keep the hallways clear of hazards to prevent accidents
- Remove room service trays from rooms.
- Items that can be recycled for deposit to be emptied, bagged and taken to designated area
- Sorting, Washing, drying and folding hotel linens and terry.
- Keeping track of inventory.
- Taking garbage and recycling to the outside bins.
- Carry out any special cleaning tasks given by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Be helpful and courteous to guests at all times
- Keep all storage areas clean & clutter free at all times
- Miscellaneous tasks, as directed by Housekeeping Supervisor Job

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit to do all required tasks.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
