**Responsibilities**:

- Grind coffee beans, prepare espresso-based drinks, and prepare iced beverages; ensuring quality and a great customer experience.
- Refill and stock items as needed
- Create a positive customer experience.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and customers.
- Follows all health code policies and maintains each stations cleanliness standards to ensure safety of employees and customers.
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Other duties as required by supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a coffee establishment.
- Strong communication skills and able to de-escalate/resolve issues in the moment.
- Consistently contributes a positive attitude in the work place and wants to help others succeed.
- Passion for coffee and excitement to share this with the community and build relationships.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
