**Job Summary**:
Ready to embark on a “plantastic” adventure in our outdoor garden centre? As our Nursery Associate, you'll be the hero of our outdoor garden center and terrace, delighting customers with your expert plant knowledge and exceptional customer service.

From welcoming customers with a 'green' thumbs-up to answering questions and helping them find the perfect plants for their dream gardens or landscapes, you'll be a 'green-thumb guru' in the plant world, sharing your expertise and passion with every customer interaction.

With your keen organizational skills, you'll keep our garden center tidy and stocked with our green gems all while staying in the 'green' loop by keeping up-to-date with the latest plant arrivals and promotions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create a welcome environment by greeting all customers
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answer all questions
- Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store targets
- Keep up to date with knowledge on current stock and incoming stock
- Keep up to date with knowledge which includes new products, promotions, and rewards program
- Complete all opening and closing procedures
- Offloading and restocking of product in the outdoor nursery
- Help maintain plant displays by cleaning and organizing
- Deadhead and clean up plants
- Other duties as required

***Qualifications**:

- In-depth perennial, shrub and tree knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Ability to problem-solve
- Exceptional customer service
- Works well in a team environment
- Basic merchandising knowledge
