This position is anticipated to have one online asynchronous class offered this academic year. This course is Canadian Government (CDNS 300).**Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)**:

- 1. Provide instruction in history and Canadian government classes to post-secondary students in a variety of programs.
2. Manage his/her classroom/lab/activities to ensure an optimum learning environment for students.
3. Follow any academic regulations and/or policies adopted by the organization or campus.
4. Utilize LMS for in person, online, and blended course delivery to create an optimal learning environment.
5. Accommodate students with special learning needs.
6. Pursue professional development opportunities to keep current with industry and educational requirements.
7. Practice good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
8. Work cooperatively with program heads and colleagues in an interdependent “team” environment.
9. Prepare and use appropriate delivery methods for instructing courses as assigned.
10. Use appropriate methods of evaluating and recording student progress.
11. Make necessary curriculum adjustments to course content.
