We are a well established company that cares about the development of its people and producing high quality, profitable work. We are looking for a Team Lead with the following character and qualifications:

- Experienced Carpenter.
- A leader who can also be led.
- You can communicate well with all “levels of experience” Team Members.
- Technically minded and methodical in your approach.
- Has a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.
- Hard working with a track record of completing high quality projects.
- Even tempered and cool under pressure. Able to make decisions to keep the job flowing.
- Have a genuine care for the people around you.
- Proficient in organization and delegation.

Your day to day will include:

- Executing the plans and specifications with the budget in mind.
- Managing material needs.
- All aspects of carpentry involving new home and renovation projects.
- Representing the company to our clients, other trades, and the general public.
- Understanding the job scope, executing the contract, helping to produce change-orders.
- Educating, organizing, and running a Work Team.
- Liase with Project Manager and Sales Team to keep jobs running smoothly.
- Safety minded and able to lead Safety Meetings.

Your supports will include:

- Systemized company structure i.e. Scheduling, Change Orders, Client Selections
- Dedicated Project Manager.
- Job & Safety specific training as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
