Position: Painting Foreman

**Job Description**:
As a Painting Foreman, you will lead crews of 2-4 painters, potentially up to 15 painters, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- **Efficient Planning**: Plan jobs to be completed efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all crew members adhere to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations and company safety protocols, promoting a safe work environment.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate directly with clients in a professional and clear manner, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project progress.
- **Supply Coordination**: Coordinate the timely ordering and delivery of supplies and materials required for each project in collaboration with the manager.
- **Schedule Adherence**: Ensure that project schedules and targeted completion dates are met, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
- **Budget Management**: Manage project budgets effectively, monitoring expenses and taking steps to control costs while delivering high-quality results.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain a running inventory of consumable materials, ensuring that supplies are replenished as needed to avoid delays.
- **Documentation**: Submit daily safety reports and time card information accurately and on time.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory/management role within a painting company, with experience in both residential and commercial projects.
- **Certifications**: Hold current certifications in First Aid, WHMIS, CSTS, Fall Arrest, and Aerial Platform operation.
- **Equipment**: Possess a cell phone with data and a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work in Edmonton and surrounding areas, as well as Calgary and surrounding areas, for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
