**Duties**:

- Install metal cladding systems on commercial and residential buildings according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install metal panels.
- Ensure proper alignment, plumb, and level of installed materials.
- Perform tile laying as required for specific project needs.
- Restore and maintain existing cladding systems as necessary.
- Collaborate with carpenters, welders, and other tradespeople on-site to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout the duration of the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in metal cladding or related construction fields.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Familiarity with drywall installation techniques is a plus.
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
