**Who we are looking for**:

- We are looking for eager over-performers who are willing to learn and work hard to earn uncapped commission.
- You must be able to comfortably build relationships and offer clinical solutions to our customers that increase sales while helping customers achieve clinical excellence.
- Professionalism and accountability are critical to this role.

**Requirements**:
You must be able to systematically review your accounts and building a call cycle to drive both recurring business and generate new sales within the territory assigned to you.

While some of your time will be to support inbound calls the priority and potential for your greatest earning will come from building a outbound call cycle and committing to high quality and high quantity of outbound calls including prospecting.

**Expectations and compensation**:

- The expectation will be to work multiple territories to achieve set budget goals.
- Upon completing a vigorous training program you will be assigned multiple territories some of which also have an external representative to help service the large number of accounts.
- This position is structured with a minimum base salary combined with a uncapped bonus program based off of KPI and growth targets.

This role is critical to the day-to-day business of CRD and will expose you to many parts of the business. The role is critical to our organization as the voice and face of our company to our customers. You will be on the forefront of delivering CRDs customer experience with professional development being one of the leading reasons people join CRD in this role. Most of our longest tenured team members and critical leaders of nearly every department have started in this capacity and grown within CRD.

**Qualifications**:

- (if remote) Reliable stable high speed internet access and a professional workspace to accommodate frequent phone and zoom calls.
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellence in sales
- Bilingual is an asset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
