**Scope**:
The Justice Case Manager is under direct supervision of the Justice Program Manager, and overall supervision of Executive Director. The purpose of this position is to manage clients who require support within the legal system, pre and post charge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to clients who; identify as Indigenous, request support, and take responsibility to heal.
- Provide statistical updates for team and funders.
- Manage client case load from referral to completion of Diversion program.
- Coordinate and update court workers on clients who fail to appear and other pertinent information.
- Co-facilitate Diversion circles with Restorative Justice Worker.
- Prepare letters of completion/non-completion for court purposes.
- Refer clients internally/externally for programs and services when necessary.
- Upon request, assist the Restorative Justice Worker with Men’s Group, Women’s Group and Youth Support Group.
- Work with Restorative Justice Worker on presentations of Miikanaake Justice Program to the community.
- Network with community, and other programs to keep current with Indigenous people’s needs, and tools to support them.
- Keep accurate case notes in EMHWare and ensure all notes are inputted in a timely manner.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Have knowledge of Indigenous Culture.
- Ability to manage a case load of clients.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Have or willing to obtain CPR/First Aid, PMAB, ASIST Trainings.
- Must be willing to obtain or have a current Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and provide a current Driver’s Record Search.
- Indigenous applicants will be given priority, only those selected for interview will be contacted._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
