Janitor - Nights

**_Specific Duties:_**
- Sweep, mop, and/or power scrub floors in lunchrooms, plant warehouse, plant offices, lab/R&D offices and lab area.
- Clean all washrooms/change rooms including floors, toilets/urinals, sinks and counter tops and restock with supplies.
- Clean all lunchrooms including floors, countertops, microwaves and tables.
- Vacuum lab/R&D offices and empty wastebaskets.
- Follow monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual PM cleaning schedules for dusting of racking/ fixtures, waxing and/or scrubbing floors, cleaning stoves, fridges, windows, steam clean carpets, complete PM paperwork.
- Empty all plant garbage, from small office garbage cans to large boxes, barrels and bins in a compactor.
- Maintain and order cleaning supplies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or designate.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Capable of operating floor scrubber; maintain floor scrubber and its battery.
- Able to work all day on their feet and walking, able to climb stairs a minimum of 10 times/shift.
