Barback/busser

We are looking for **energetic**, **quick learners** to fill the role of Barback

As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and providing exceptional service to our guests.This position is **part-time (minimum 2-3 shifts/week)** and the hourly pay includes **tips**.

Previous experience is an asset

**Barbacks **are essential in supporting the restaurant's vision for fast, high-quality service and ensure that it is delivered in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.

Experience with **Open Table, Food Delivery Systems **(Uber Eats, Skip The Dishes, etc.) an **asset**.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Assist bartenders in setting up and maintaining the bar area before, during, and after service
- Restock bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, liquor, and mixers
- Prepare and replenish garnishes, fruits, and other ingredients as needed
- Clean and sanitize bar tools, utensils, and equipment
- Empty trash and recycling bins in the bar area
- Assist in preparing and delivering drink orders to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down counters and surfaces
- Help to monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and concerns

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience as a bar back or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects throughout the shift
