Night Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our talented and dedicated Front Desk team at Elora Mill Hotel & Spa. The Night Auditor at Elora Mill is warm, friendly, and inviting, assisting guests with any questions or requests they may have through the night. The Night Auditor keeps the hotel running optimally during the evening and sets the Front Office team up for success in the morning.

**Responsibilities/Requirements**:

- Providing superior customer service to our guests.
- Ensuring the property and its guests are safe and secure.
- Caring for the hotel and its guests through the late night/early morning hours.
- Assisting guests with their stay as required, supporting and fulfilling requests as needed.
- Prepare daily flash reports, summarized, consolidated financial reports.
- Balancing income journals accurately and thoroughly.
- Balancing/processing all interdepartmental postings, restaurant/spa bills, direct billing vouchers, etc.
- Performing wakeup calls.
- Conducting amenity and supply inventory.

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent. Degree/diploma in a relevant program would be an asset.
