- Contributing to the identification, monitoring and review of data quality issues within a complex environment. Support the strategies and contribute to solutions with a holistic view.
- Working in a fast-paced, Agile environment, collaborating closely with multiple Scrum teams and Stakeholders across the Enterprise.
- Supporting the management of enterprise taxonomy.
- Supporting governance around our core systems and business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of our core data.
- Contributing to the development and management of reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
- Supporting data standards in accordance with HSO governance polices, and in keeping with the Privacy Act, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and ISO 8000.
- Supporting the BI reporting framework and data integrity by contributing to the HSO software development life cycle, from the requirements phase to deployment and iterations thereafter.
- Being a flexible team player. Contributing positively to the culture of our workplace by staying positive, engaged in the work you do and energized by the difference you’re making.

**You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?**

- 3-5 years of experience data-diving in a quality improvement environment.
- Ability to articulate business results effectively and communicate findings to business and technical stakeholders alike.

- Experience with Business Intelligence, reporting or digital analytics tools such as PowerBI.
- Hands-on experience with data mining and business problem definition
