A Server is responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role involves multitasking, maintaining a friendly demeanor, and coordinating with the kitchen and bar staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Taking and Serving**:

- Greet guests and present menus, explaining specials and answering questions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and correctly.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues.
- Handle special requests, such as dietary restrictions or celebrations, with professionalism.

**Billing and Payments**:

- Prepare and present bills, process payments, and provide change if necessary.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.

**Table Maintenance**:

- Clear dishes, refill drinks, and reset tables for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

**Upselling and Recommendations**:

- Suggest menu items, beverages, or desserts to enhance the guest experience.
- Inform guests about specials, promotions, or loyalty programs.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
- Assist fellow servers during busy shifts by helping with tasks like clearing tables or delivering food.

**Customer Service Skills**:

- Friendly, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.

**Multitasking Ability**:

- Capable of managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.

**Communication Skills**:

- Clear and effective communication with guests and colleagues.

**Experience & Education**:

- Previous experience in a serving role is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
