**Responsibilities**:

- Enter data into company's accounting system from receipts, invoices, etc. Keep track of all payments, receivables, and revenues.
- Create customer invoices, process payments and credits, etc.
- Create purchase orders, process vendor invoices, pay vendor bills etc.
- Maintain, create, and manage inventory items and BOM system.
- Maintain record-keeping files and provide general administrative support for other departments.
- Consistently check for errors and make sure the data is entered correctly.
- Calculates and processes all federal, provincial, and related remittance payments on time.
- Prepares monthly and year end reporting including T-4’s for review by President and/or Accountant.
- Maintain financial records according to Canadian GAAP standards.

Qualifications:

- Be able to manage complex financial transactions.
- Strong, well developed financial management skills.
- Bookkeeping: 5+ years required.
- Excellent computer skills, including accounting software and MS Office.
- Multi-Currency experience is an asset to verify that transactions are accurate and comply with currency control regulations.
- Accounting Software Experience: Required (Experience with Spire Systems would be an asset)

**Salary**: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
