**_Hiring a full-time Lead Barber/Mentor _**_at our Kingsway location_

Hourly wage starting at $20 - $23 / hour, plus amazing tips and Incentive Bonus Eligibility

**Requirements**:

- Hire, train, mentor, and develop new and existing Barbers
- Perform all professional hair services and straight razor shave services to Tommy Gun's standards
- Maintain Barbershop cleanliness
- Assist in the retail area during down times
- Participate in Barbershop education classes
- Set career goals and develop action plans
- Great customer service skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest every time
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Work collaboratively as part of the shop leadership team
- Team Member recruitment, retention, training and management
- Customer Service, managing the queue, excellence with Guest interaction
- Inventory Management (control, merchandising, pricing, etc.)
- Execute National Promotions and Campaigns
- Any other duties outlined by the Business Owner and/or Regional Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions
- Recommend hairstyles and haircuts according to customers’ face shapes and tastes
- Demonstrate consistent high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting including, but not limited to, clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
- Form bonds with loyal customers and remember their hairstyle preferences
- Ensure tidiness of grooming stations and sterilize tools as needed
- Maximize retail opportunities through consistent and effective chair education with guests
